Blueberry Amaranth and buckwheat cereal

This morning I woke up and all I craved was some yummy cereal, however my gluten and dairy intolerant self would not be too happy with me if I started gobbling up some Kellogg’s special K so I made this instead and I loved it, I hope you do too!

 

What you need:

1 cup of popped amaranth

1/3 cup of buckwheat kernels

1 handful of blueberries

1/2 a can of coconut milk

 

What you need to do:

1. Place the amaranth and buckwheat in a bowl.

2. Top with blueberries

3. Warm coconut milk in a pot on the stove and then pour gently over your cereal.

4. Devour and enjoy
