Change Your Mind, Change Your Health, Change Your World


As many of you know, I have just completed my CTC master therapist training. The past few weeks have absolutely blown me away. The results that my fellow therapists and I witnessed both personally and with our clients during our intensive training have been nothing short of amazing.

For a long time I have been standing in my own way, a part of me (mostly on a subconscious level) believed that I did not deserve to be successful in both my life and my business and I did not know how to move forward. In many ways I felt stuck and I had no idea how many emotional blocks were holding me back. With the added pressure of a baby on the way I was beginning to panic and fear of the future was starting to cloud my judgement.

CTC therapy could not have come at a better time, it allowed me to break down all the blocks that were causing me to feel anxiety and stress and instead feel nothing but excitement for everything that is to come. I feel like a completely new woman and for perhaps the first time in my life, I feel truly empowered to create the life I have always desired.

We must never under estimate the power of our minds and the effect that negative thought patterns can have on our life and our health.

For those who know me and those who have attended my workshops, speaking engagements or experienced the profound healing benefits of CTC during my current career of almost 20years you will know the foundations of my teachings well.

Nothing that I’ve stated above is new, they are ancient teachings that somewhere along the way the western world moved away from. Science said if we can’t see it then it must not be true or real.

The wonderful news is that science has come a long way and gone back to the truths by which we all once lived. With the incredible technologies of today and the wisdoms of the past we now have undeniable scientific evidence of what the power of your mind and your thoughts has on your body and in your world.  Effectively science and western medicine has gone back to the past to change the future.

Are you ready to accept that maybe everything you thought you knew isn’t true? What if you allowed yourself to accept and fully integrate a new truth? Are you ready to recognise and accept how powerful you really are?

You see, for as long as you continue to have the same thoughts, you’ll continue to make the same choices which will lead to the same old behaviours and in turn give you the same experiences which will keep triggering the same emotions and they will create what? You guessed it, the same thoughts. So for as long as you continue to have the same thoughts, everything, your health and your life will stay the same.

How we relate to ourselves and the world has a direct effect on a whole lot of different mechanisms from our genetics to our physiology for better or for worse.

I would like to now share with you a documentary titled, The Connection, Mind your body.

The Connection is a film about how frontier research is proving that there is a direct connection between your mind and your health. It features scientists, researchers, writers and doctors, as well as remarkable true stories of people adding mind body medicine to their healing toolkit to recover from acute, chronic and terminal illnesses. Shorter telomeres have also been linked to cancer, heart disease and dementia, but it’s not too late. A study by Dr Dean Ornish has shown that even this is reversible. Certain lifestyle changes including meditation have been proven to lengthen telomeres.

Effectively you can be sitting in a chair doing mind, body techniques and at the same time you’re genetic engineering.

Making a simple choice, the right choice can have a powerful impact on our lives much more quickly than was once realised. You can apply the latest science with ancient wisdoms and take control of your life and your health. No longer is your health determined just by your genes.

There is no doubt that the mind and body are connected. There is no doubt that the brain and the immune system and the rest of the body are connected. When those connections are intact and in balance you have optimum health and when they are broken you have dis-ease
