Coconut and Banana Smoothie

I love the simplicity of a smoothie, especially on an extremely busy day. I love how easy it is to just throw everything into a blender, pour into a glass and run out the door!

You will love this recipe! It is gluten, dairy, egg, soy, refined sugar free and as always really simple to make.

What you need:

600ml water

½ cup coconut milk

1 pear core removed and roughly chopped

1 ripe peeled banana

½ cup cashews

2 handfuls of baby spinach

4-5 ice cubes

 

What you need to do:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and pour into 2 glasses

Serve and enjoy.
