What you need:
½ cup coconut milk
1 pear core removed and roughly chopped
1 ripe peeled banana
½ cup cashews
2 handfuls of baby spinach
4-5 ice cubes
What you need to do:
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and pour into 2 glasses
Serve and enjoy.
